Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that situations may arise where you may need to cancel your order shortly after placing it. Our goal is to assist you as efficiently as possible while maintaining a fast and reliable order processing system.
1) Cancellation Timeframe
Customers may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of completing their purchase.
During this initial period, orders typically have not yet entered the processing phase, making cancellation possible.
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to support@bennet-stone.co.uk and must include your order number and contact details.
2) Orders Already in Processing
After the 12-hour window, your order may already have entered our automated fulfilment process.
Orders that have reached any of the following stages may no longer be eligible for cancellation:
-
Order processing or verification
-
Packaging or preparation for shipment
-
Shipment confirmation issued
-
Transfer to a shipping carrier or logistics partner
Because our system is designed to ensure fast dispatch, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
3) After Shipping
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
In this case, customers may wait until the order is delivered and initiate a return request in accordance with our Refund Policy.
4) Automated Order System
Orders are processed automatically shortly after purchase to ensure efficient handling and reliable delivery times.
For this reason, modifications, address changes or cancellations may not always be possible once the order enters processing.
5) Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If a cancellation request is approved within the eligible timeframe, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
6) Customer Support
