Shipping availability may vary based on logistics coverage, carrier limitations or local regulations.
3) Processing Time and Transit Time
Orders require a processing time of approximately 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). During this time, orders are verified, prepared and transferred to the shipping carrier.
Estimated transit time after dispatch is approximately 6 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday). These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays or other external factors beyond our control.
Estimated delivery time equals processing time plus transit time.
4) Shipping Method and Fulfilment
Orders may be shipped directly from international fulfilment partners or overseas warehouses depending on stock availability. This allows us to maintain efficient logistics operations and competitive pricing.
Because shipments may originate internationally, customs inspections or local postal handling may occasionally affect delivery timelines. Customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations where applicable.
5) Delivery Terms

We do not support shipping to multiple addresses within a single order. Please place separate orders if you want items delivered to different addresses.

Once tracking indicates that the package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
10) Damaged, Delayed or Lost Packages
